While Britney Spears gets her life back on track in rehab, one person firmly by her side is Cher.
The Armenian-American singer/actress recently sent the ‘Toxic’ star a gift basket at the Malibu’s Promises Center, where Britney is undergoing her rehab course.
A source revealed that the basket was ‘loaded’ with goodies, that included fudge brownies made by Cher herself.
“The care package was loaded with treats, including home-made fudge brownies with vanilla frosting, loads of fashion magazines, a beautiful pair of La Perla silk pajamas and a couple of Cher’s favorite tangerine and honeydew scented candles,” a source told the National Enquirer.
Britney, who checked herself into rehab to overcome alcoholism and depression, has been receiving best wishes from a host of stars since the time she has been there.
Pamela Anderson has offered her support, while record producer Timbaland reportedly urged Spears’ teenage love, Justin Timberlake to help her re-launch her music career.
American actress Brook Shields who wrote a book ‘Down Came The Rain’ in which she discussed her experience with fighting postpartum depression, also offered to help the singer if she needed any advice on the same.
