K-Fed puts his foot down!

Kevin Federline has decided not to sign off on his divorce agreement with Britney Spears. It might sound a good news for Britney Spears who is too much in love with Federline to let him go. But its not because of Britney but it is because of their children that Federline didnt sign on the divorce agreement.

Apparently, Federline is concerned for the well-being of his two children now that Spears is out of rehab and back on the LA nightlife scene.

“It’s not about the money,” the source said of Federline’s refusal to sign on the dotted line. “It’s about her partying. It’s her partying ways that is forcing Kevin to put his foot down.”

Federline’s refusal keeps the couple legally bound, despite both parties having reached a “global divorce settlement on all issues of their marriage,” including custody of their sons, in March.

Under the terms of the agreement, Spears and Federline would continue to share joint legal and physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, with the majority of the children’s week spent with Spears.

That makes Federline no angel, nor does it indicate that Britney has gotten back to a normal state of mind and life. Only time will tell if things have really mended between America’s most maligned rapper and most disappointing pop-star.
